$120/hr Grading Consultation
For clients who need to address slope/drainage issues with their property
Why are slope and drainage so important? Controlling the drainage of water, especially around buildings and landscaping features, is critical when it comes to mitigating erosion, preventing damage to foundations and helps to create flow and structure to landscaping features. Uncontrolled storm water and runoff collection also impacts soil texture and nutrients, affecting the growth of plants and grasses as well.
Your grading consultation will be done on-site with our construction manager, who will do an inspection and discuss options for resolving any drainage issues you may have on your property. You will be provided with an estimate or budget proposal after your consultation.
There is a 2.5hr minimum for grading consultations.
